On the Sign In page, click the I
forgot my user ID or password link below the Sign
In button.
In the I forgot my user ID
box, enter and re-enter your email address.
Click Continue.
Check the email account associated with your LabOnline account
for your user ID.
Retrieve
your Password
Complete step 1 above.
In the I forgot my password
box, enter your user ID. Click Continue.
Check the email account associated with your LabOnline account
for instructions on how to reset your password.
Change
your Password
After you log into your LabOnline account, click your name in the
user menu, which is located in the top right corner of most LabOnline
pages, then, Change Password
in the drop-down menu.
In the Change your password
box, enter your current password followed by your new password twice.
Click Change Password.
A message appears either confirming that you've changed your password
successfully or instructing you to try again if there were any issues.
