My Dashboard

Note: Because LabOnline is customizable based on laboratory needs, some of the fields referenced in the following table may not be available or may be named differently. Direct any questions to your laboratory.

After you log in, your personal Dashboard page opens. This page contains the following information:

  • Image or logo
  • Laboratory announcements.
  • Links for quick access to reports.
  • Additional personalized messages.

The report links that appear on your dashboard display when you have unread reports. The following main entries appear if you have permission to the corresponding area and if there is at least one unread report for that area:

    • Workorders
    • Samples
    • Patients
    • Other Reports

Each link shows the total number of unread reports that exist for that area. If more than one of your clients has new reports, clicking the link will display a drop-down list with the number of unread reports by client. Click the client name to navigate to the area, filtered for unread reports for that client. If you only have access to a single client with unread reports, clicking the main link takes you directly to the area, filtered for unread reports for your client.

Note: To return to your Dashboard page at any time, click Home in the LabOnline user menu.
