If chains of custody or requisition forms are attached to workorders, samples, patients, or orders, links appear in the Chain of Custody columns.
Note: LabOnline can handle any file type. PDF and image files (PNG, BMP, JPG, and GIF) are merged into a single PDF file. All other file types are returned individually and not as part of a merged file.
To view a chain of custody/requisition form for an order, click the link in the Chain of Custody column for that entity. The chain of custody opens in a separate tab in your browser.
To view a chain of custody/requisition form for an order, click the link in the Chain of Custody/Requisition Number for that order.
The Order Tests details page opens.
Click the View Document link in the header section of the Order Tests page.
