View Workorder Results

Note: Because LabOnline is customizable based on laboratory needs, some of the options referenced in the steps and images below may not be available or may be named differently. Direct any questions to your laboratory.

You can view test results for all samples of a selected workorder in the workorder overview grid. You need Workorder Results permissions for your display template to include menu access to Workorder results.

  1. Complete the steps in Search for Workorders.
  2. Click the Reported quick filter button at the top of the Workorders grid.

  3. On the Workorders overview grid, click the link in My Workorder ID column with the results for the customer samples you want to view.
    The results for all customer samples from the selected workorder project ID are displayed.

  4. To display results of all samples from a single workorder, click the appropriate  Lab Workorder ID column link on the Workorder overview grid.

Go to Results Overview.
