This screen shows all orders that have not yet been received by the lab. You can view a list of active orders and see their status to determine where each order is in the ordering process. To view the active orders, click Orders on the main menu, then select View Orders.
The View Orders overview page opens.
Note: The options available on this page depends on the lab's license.
The quick filters allow you to quickly view the order according to the specific state the order is in the ordering workflow. Viewing options are as follows:
Current - Displays all current orders that have not yet been received by the lab. Future orders are excluded and can be viewed from the Scheduled filter.
Needs Signature - Displays orders that are missing a patient's signature when the order profile is configured to require signatures.
Needs Review - Displays orders that are pending review by an authorized referring party.
Ordered - Displays orders that are complete and ready to send to the lab.
Scheduled - Displays pending and future orders that have been scheduled.
